Cancellations

Prize Toy Store wants to provide you with as much opportunity as possible to cancel items before they ship. All of this can be done by going to the "My Account" section of the Prize Toy Store website.

If you do not have an account with Prize Toy Store you may request cancellation by emailing customerservice@prizetoystore.com

Please note we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and use drop shipping from our vendors in some cases and for these reasons Prize Toy Store cannot guarantee a cancellation request of an order.

 

When items are added to a shipment, we begin the process of fulfilling your order. Once this happens items can no longer be canceled.

Shipments are created when you place an order for in stock items.

All cancellation options may be temporarily unavailable when we are processing a payment for your order. If this occurs, please try again after a few minutes when processing has finished.

Payment for all items must be received within 3 days of when the items are available to ship. If payment is not received within 3 days, it will be automatically canceled

Return Policy

Refund and Return Policy

 

   Prize Toy Store attempts to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions. All items sold are new unless specifically mentioned as per the respective product. However, Prize Toy Store does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Prize Toy Store Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Prize Toy Store is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, and unopened condition.

   In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Prize Toy Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

   If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, your payment method will be refunded in the amount of the charge. Prize Toy Store reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards.  Should the Prize Toy Store exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

   The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days of original purchase date.

 

    Prize Toy Store (Prize LLC) does not take title to returned items until we receive the item at our warehouse location. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Prize Toy Store does not take title to the refunded item.

    Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days after the purchase date unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received. The returned unopened and unused packaging should reflect a product that is new. Prize Toy Store will work to address issues that arise if there is a dispute, however Prize Toy Store reserves the right at our discretion to not accept an item that we deem has been used or opened.

   Opened items are not eligible for returns. this includes:

Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging, opened cases or packs that are no longer sealed, digital downloads are not refundable, opened games, any opened pet products, and items that have visible indications that the packaging or product has been opened or used are not eligible for returns. Used or Worn clothing, apparel, and accessories may not be returned.

    Prize Toy Store reserves the right at our discretion to not accept an item that we deem has been used or opened.

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 30 days of your purchase date. These requests can be submitted by email customerservice@prizetoystore.com

 Please keep in mind that 30 days after the product purchased date, we will no longer accept requests to review damaged or defective items. In cases of accepted returns for defective or broken items If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a damaged item or defective item, but no later than 30 days after your purchase date.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong ,and if a replacement part would be helpful .Items with minor cosmetic or paint issues do not qualify as defective products. Prize Toy Store reserves the right to make the assessment decision regarding minor cosmetic or paint issues, however we will work with customer on satisfying the dispute where possible. Please let us know as soon as possible as we are willing to work with the customer as per guidelines stated.

Digital Purchases

Digital purchases and downloads are non-refundable. If your download does not work due to a system issue, we will work with you to resolve an issue. However, if a download code for a digital purchase is provided to you upon purchase, and that code has been collected then no refunds, returns, or any exchanges will be permitted.

How to return an Item

Please contact Customer Service to receive authorization for your return so that the item(s) can be accepted. Any returns without authorization will be delayed and possibly not be eligible for a refund. Please note that returns are not accepted if you have not contacted Prize Toy Store within 30 days after your purchase date.

Return Shipping - Domestic Customers

If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees as long as the return is completed through Prize Toy Store (arrangements will be made by Prize Toy Store). If you choose a self-return option (a carrier or service of your choice) you will pay the cost charged by the carrier selected and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages through a self-return option.

If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

Return Shipping – International Customers

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back and paying for the actual shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping

Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or another fill to adequately protect the item. Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this results in a partial or no refund. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging your refund will be less.

 

Refunds

Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds are in the original form of payment. In cases where this is not possible, a store credit will be issued. If you prefer a store credit in place of a refund, please let us know.

You may view your account to check a refund status. Once we issue your refund there may be a delay for these funds to show in your account: Credit Cards: Typically, 3-5 business days, PayPal: Depends on your PayPal original source of payment. PayPal states up to 30 days, Store credit: Available immediately

Shipping

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Prize Toy Store sites.  All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

Delivery

Delivery of Products purchased from the Prize Toy Store sites to addresses outside the United States is limited.  Some Products also have restricted delivery within the United States. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products.

Export Policy

You acknowledge that (a) goods licensed or sold on the Prize Toy Store sites, and (b) any software or technology purchased, downloaded, or used from the Prize Toy Store sites, are subject to the customs and export control laws and regulations of the United States of America and may also be subject to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country in which the products are manufactured and/or received, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws.  You agree, represent, and warrant that no ,materials will be accessed from, downloaded in, released in, carried to, transferred to, transshipped through, exported to, or re-exported (collectively “transferred”) to any territory (or national resident thereof), person, entity, or organization to which such materials could not be transferred directly from the United States or by a U.S. person without a license, including without limitation to any person on the U.S. Treasury Department’s List of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List. 

 

Refused and Un-deliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

 

Restocking Fees

Please note that if a product is not accepted as a return a restocking fee will not be charged.

In most cases we do not assess restocking fees but reserve the right to do so in some situations.

Returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items (10 percent restocking fee). Prize Toy Store reserves the right to not accept items with missing, damaged, or opened items, however if the product is accepted by Prize Toy Store as returnable a 10 percent restocking fee will apply.

 Merchandise inspected by Customs (10 percent restocking fee)

 The return was received after the 30-day return window (Prize Toy Store reserves the right to not accept products after the 30-day return window has expired-10 percent restocking fee)

Single items purchased with a cost of $500 dollars or more (10 percent restocking fee)

Disputes

Any dispute relating to any activity on Prize Toy Store or the purchase of any Prize Toy Store products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in North Carolina, USA. unless you have in some way threatened or violated Prize Toy Store’s intellectual property rights, whereby Prize Toy Store may seek an injunctive. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 29309 Herrin Grove Road, Locust, North Carolina, 28097.

By using any Prize Toy Store Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Prize Toy Store.
